Can You Talk to the Dead?

Previous Posts

By Jordan Graye

For about a year back in 2006/2007 I'd periodically pick up the phone to call my dad.  And then I'd remember..."oh yeah, he's not here anymore."  He died an excrutiating death from metastatic prostate cancer in July '06. I was devastated.  In the first few months afterward, he came to me in two dreams.  The information I got was that he was scared and didn't know what to do.  Then about 6 months later he was in my backyard swimming pool (which we don't have) and was happy as a lark with kids squealing and playing, and he was in the middle of it grinning ear to ear.   I started looking for my bathing suit so I could join him...wasn't in the closet, wasn't in the laundry room, wasn't in my daughter's room...and the harder I tried to find my suit, the further away I drifted from him until finally I was in some other dream!

Fast forward a couple of years to a phone conversation I had with a "medium" in New York who was telling me all sorts of things about my father. By this time I'd worked through a lot of my grief, but still had a gnawing desire to connect and know more.  There was no way this guy could've known ANYTHING about my dad, but he was nailing it.  To the point where I almost threw the phone across the room it was eery, scary.   But at the same time it was so comforting to know my dad is doing just fine in his new dimension!

Have you lost a loved one?  I'd love to hear your supernatural stories.  Do you have psychic capabilities?  I believe we all do to some extent, but are taught to ignore them.  And some have extraordinary talents.  Check out John Edward.  I've never seen him live, but his TV show was awesome.
