Facebook kids

So they're letting youngsters below 13 get a Facebook.  Will this affect how you use yours?  Do you "friend" their friends?  Ya know you gotta friend your child so you can check on them by reading their page, etc, but this means they do the same with YOU.  Nice article about it here

Many parents have "cheated" by letting their kids get on facebook earlier than 13 by using a fake birthday.  I'm one of those (my child is 12).  I have to say it has certainly made me think twice about what I post due to the little ones' access to it (fake birthday is good idea no matter what age, though).   It's just really a new headache.  Does your child have an under-age Facebook?  What are your thoughts and/or experiences on this?

Have a great day, and thanks for listening while you work. xoxo
