In 1972, actor Steve McQueen was busted in Anchorage, Alaska for drunk driving. The star of films such as "The Magnificent Seven" and "The Great Escape" posted bail and left town. He was later convicted in absentia for reckless driving.

I watched Daniel Craig in Skyfall at Regal 22 Austell on Christmas Day, and couldn’t quit thinking about Steve McQueen!

Amazing how similar they are in looks and stature.  Never was a McQueen fan when he was alive, but as I ventured into adulthood I started to appreciate his look, and then his acting.

Loved Bullitt…and Papillon (with Dustin Hoffman)…and Sand Pebbles (Candice Bergen)…Love With the Proper Stranger (Natalie Wood)…Cincinatti Kid, The Getaway, The Thomas Crown Affair, Towering Inferno (saw that one at the theatre!), Le Mans, and of course you MUST SEE The Great Escape and The Magnificent Seven if you haven’t already caught them on AMC or TCM.

I wasn't the only one who noticed the similarity between these two hunky dory actors! Check it out here..

Was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed SKYFALL.  The only time I started waning was at the end when Javier Bardem gets to the house...won't say anymore!  You'll love how it payed tribute to the origianl Bond films, too!  Hopefully you can see it on the big screen this holiday.  It's definitely Big Screen Worthy!

What films did you check out this Christmas?

Have a great day. Know You're Loved.  And thanx 4  listening! xoxo  Jordan
