I love the feeling of the collective win. Whether it's sports or business, there's something about the synergy of everyone's energy coming together to create amazing things to the "n" th degree. Very powerful (as long as everyone is pulling their weight). I once heard that if you share your pain with someone, you cut it in half ; and if you share your JOY you DOUBLE it! Maybe that's what I love about a team effort...more joy to go around with every accomplishment.
