I hope gas prices start tanking soon. And in the words of Aerosmith, "Dream On"! To be proactive with saving my precious pennies I think the next car I'm buying is either hybrid or electric. My decision came when I filled up the other day for a hundred bucks on the nose. $400 a month for gas? I think not. Wouldn't it rock if the car companies came up with their version of Smart Cars? Chevrolet could release the "Smorvette"! What about a "Smerrarri"?! Have you seen the email floating around with pics of these? Hilarious.
Have you had any experience with the hybrid or total electric cars? I'd love to hear the pros and cons. Maybe I'll just wait for the $600 Volkswagon that gets 256 miles per gallon (it's a little one seater...like an enclosed motorcycle). Yep, coming out next year in China. Have no idea when that will hit The States.
My absolute dream car is the fully electric 4 door sedan from TESLA MOTORS and can't wait till I can afford it. Until then, I'm riding my horse to work! Happy Trails! xoxo
