Some people LIVE for these holidays, and others are anywhere from excited to annoyed by them. Where do you fall? I enjoy them. I found a way to set some boundaries with family and not set expectations too high (for myself and everyone else as well)...for me that's the key...to just "let go." I had to remember that who I am as a person is not defined by how well the turkey is cooked or how great the house is decorated, etc. Also, what anyone thinks of me is none of my business! Remember that when Aunt Bessie is ranting about the family recipe that you didn't get quite right or any of the other kajillion nit-picky jabs family members can hurl during this season of LOVE!
