Halle Berry gets engaged, plans to move to France The 45-year-old actress is now engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez and is asking permission to take her 3 year-old daughter, Nahla, to France, saying that she fears for their safety in the United States because of threats that have been made against her. Martinez reportedly proposed to Berry with a ring of emeralds and diamonds. The two actors met on the set of the movie "Dark Tide." Get the full report:
