JEALOUSY THE MOTIVE IN THE HUDSON MURDERS!
The man accused of killing Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and seven-year-old nephew isn't getting out of jail anytime soon. A judge in Illinois denied bail for William Balfour, who prosecutors say killed Hudson's family because he was upset that his estranged wife, Jennifer's sister Julia Hudson, was dating other men. At a hearing yesterday, prosecutors say that on October 24th Balfour confronted Julia at her home, and then the pair left together. He later returned and committed the crimes. Prosecutors also say they found gunshot residue on the car that Balfour drove to the Hudson home. Balfour was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion. Balfour's lawyer says his client insists he's innocent.

K-FED TELLS HIS SIDE OF THE STORY!
Kevin Federline is telling his side of the Britney Spears saga to People magazine. He explains that once the pair decided to have kids, the marriage went south. "It's hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids, it changes everything," explains Kevin. "For me, I'd become more concerned with my children. Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important ... I mean, we were having complications...I was trying to work stuff out with her, and she didn't even talk to me or anything and went behind my back and filed [for divorce]. [I was] completely blindsided." And despite claims that he tried to get a huge settlement from Britney after the split, Kevin swears his only concern was for his children. "My first question to [my lawyer] was, 'Am I ever going to be able to see my children?,'" explained K-Fed. "I told him that I would spend every last dime that I had to make sure that my children are okay. That's all that mattered." Kevin says that throughout all of Britney's problems, he never stopped being concerned for her, even when she locked herself in the bathroom with their son Jayden. "I was very, very worried for her 'cause I care about her. That's the mother of my children," he explained. "Just because I'm not in love with her doesn't mean that I don't love her. I'm definitely rooting for her."

PREGNANT PAUSE: JAMIE LYNN'S CRAZY LIPO RUMOR!
We'd take this story with a grain of salt, but Star magazine claims that Jamie Lynn Spears actually had liposuction while she was pregnant. According to the tabloid, Jamie Lynn didn't know she was preggers when she had the procedure, she thought she was just putting on weight. She allegedly begged her mother Lynne to allow her to get the lipo. "She didn't know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure," said the source. "Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient."

NENE A NO-HOUSE-WIFE!
Can you be a Real Housewife if you don't have a house? The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Real Housewives of Atlanta's NeNe Leakes has been evicted from the 5,000-square foot, 5-bedroom home she lived in during the taping of the Bravo series. NeNe and her husband, real estate investor Gregory Leakes, were evicted from the property for owing $6,240 in past rent. NeNe would not reveal where she is currently living now, telling the paper, "it's none of your business."

MONTAG'S MOM GIVES MARRIAGE SIX MONTHS!
Heidi Montag's mother Darlene Egelhoff is not happy that her daughter "married" Spencer Pratt. "He's manipulative and seems to have power over Heidi," she told USmagazine.com. "I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn’t surprise me if he had her drugged." Egelhoff, who divorced Heidi's dad when her daughter was three, went on to say, "Spencer has tried to cut everyone out of her life. I've been honest with Heidi, and it's caused our relationship to decline. I'm more devastated about that than the marriage, because I'm confident the marriage won't work out." So, how long does she think the marriage will last? "Six months," says Egelhoff. "I think it's the biggest mistake Heidi's ever made."

ANNE HECHE PREGGERS!
Anne Heche is going to be a mom again. The actress and her former Men in Trees co-star/boyfriend James Tupper (currently on Samantha Who) are expecting their first child together. "They are thrilled," her rep tells Us. The couple met on the set of the now defunct ABC series, when they both were still married. Heche is already a mom of 6-year-old Homer, with ex-husband Coley Laffoon.

RIPA DENIES SPLIT RUMORS!
Kelly Ripa is denying a tabloid claim that her 12-year-marriage to Mark Conseulos is over. "There is no truth to the story. Their marriage continues to be quite healthy, and the National Enquirer should be ashamed for fabricating such an untruthful story," said the talk show host's rep. "Their story is 100 percent false."

DEMPSEY VOTED TV'S HUNKIEST STAR!
Patrick Dempsey is still hot, according to a new poll conducted by AOL TV. The Grey's Anatomy star topped the list of the 50 Hunkiest TV Stars of All Time. "It's certainly great having the attention," said Dempsey. "It's always good for one's ego but at the end of the day, it really is quite an empty statement if you don't have family around you. Because there is no way you can live up to it." Other stars making the list include: George Clooney (#2), Lost's Josh Holloway, Private Practice's Taye Diggs, Smallville's Tom Welling and ER's John Stamos.

McDERMOTT DIVORCED!
The Practice's Dylan McDermott is a divorced man. The actor's divorce from Shiva Rose, his wife of nearly 13 years, was finalized on Tuesday. The couple filed for divorce last year citing irreconcilable differences. There's no word on how the pair plan to share custody of their two daughters, ages 12 and 3.

ACTOR'S BROTHER SHOT!
Entertainment Tonight reports that the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo was shot in Beverly Hills earlier this week. Sources report that Mark's brother Scott, a hairstylist, is clinging to life after being found shot in the head. An investigation into the shooting is currently being conducted.

WATTS TO POSE NAKED!
Naomi Watts, who's currently pregnant with her second child, has agreed to pose nude for a top Australian artist. The King Kong star will pose for David Bromley sometime next year as part of his submission for Australia's Archibald Prize. "My people are talking to her people," he told the UK media. "I think she will fit the pop (culture) quality of what I do really well, (also) she has these amazing eyes and a really strong gaze, which is why she is wonderful as an actress."

TWILIGHT STAR TO ROCK!
Twilight star Kristen Stewart has been cast to play Joan Jett in a biopic of the 1970s all-girl rock band The Runaways. The film will revolve around Jett and the band's singer/keyboardist Cherie Currie, and follow them through the band's rise and fall. They group was formed in late 1975 and lasted about four years before breaking up over management and money issues.
