ATLANTA —
A section of Ponce de Leon Avenue is closed near the City Hall East.
Crews are lowering a bridge there as part of the Beltline project.
Authorities say drivers can still access restaurants and other businesses in that area.
Construction is scheduled to end by 5 a.m. Monday in time for rush hour traffic.
