Recipe - Sesame Ginger Chicken 
- 2 Private Selection organic chicken breast, sliced thin into cutlets
- Private Sea Salt and Pepper grinder, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Private Selection olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon shallots, diced small
- Private Selection roasted red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- ¾ Cup Naturally Fresh® ginger dressing
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat for two minutes. In the mean time, season the chicken with the salt and pepper grinder to taste. Add the oil to the pan and swirl to coat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 2 minutes per side. Add the shallots and peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the ginger dressing and wine. Simmer for 1 minute and serve immediately.
Great over rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and thin sliced green onions. |

Recipe - Caesar Chicken Orzo
- 1 Tablespoon Private Selection olive oil
- ¼ cup onion, diced small
- 8 oz. pre cooked chicken, diced medium
- 1 Tablespoon Private Selection black olive tapenade
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 8 oz. Private Selection orzo, cooked to package directions and drained well
- Naturally Fresh® classic Caesar dressing, to taste
- Shredded parmesan cheese, to taste
- Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat for one minute. Add the oil and onions and sauté for one minute. Add the chicken, tapenade and wine and simmer for two minutes. Remove the skillet ingredients to a large bowl and let cool for 3 minutes.
- Add the orzo to the bowl and toss well. Place on serving plates and drizzle with the Naturally Fresh Caesar dressing, to taste. Sprinkle the tops with the parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with sliced tomatoes.
