$10 at the Door. All proceeds collected at the door will be donated to the Erin Holt Foundation. Here is her story.... Erin Holt is a 23 year-old collegiate soccer player from Marietta, GA. She attended Walton High School, and went on to play soccer for Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah. The youngest daughter of Ben and Lynn Holt, Erin has two older sisters, Lindsey and Ragan, and her brothers-in-law, Andrew Howlett and Nick Schlappi. Five years ago, she moved to Savannah, and went on to graduate from AASU in May 2013, with a Liberal Studies degree. In July 2013 she began working for Carroll Management as a Leasing Consultant. Anyone who knows Erin can tell you that, while that is where Erin comes from, it doesn't come close to summing up who she is. She's 23 years old, but she rockets around with the energy of a 3 year-old on a sugar high, and has a grip on what really matters in this life that you would expect from someone much older. She loves her family more than anything, and maintaining her close relationships with them from four hours away is always her priority. Erin is also a member of a bigger family; the AASU Pirates. Her energy and love for life spills over onto the soccer field and her teammates, and anyone who has seen her play will testify that she takes that passion on the field every game. She's strong, passionate, loyal, and such a loving girl. Fierce when challenged, she'll always fight with everything she has. This Halloween, Erin was in a terrible accident; a truck ran over her, resulting in a severe brain injury. She's currently in critical, but stable condition at Memorial Medical Center's Heart and Vascular ICU. Ben, Lynn, Lindsey, and Ragan came to Savannah as quickly as possible, and have been by her side throughout her recovery. There's been an overwhelming outpour of love and support for Erin and her family, for which they are incredibly grateful. The constant reminder of the impact this sweet girl has made on so many lives is testament to her strength and spirit. A site has been created on CaringBridge (http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/erinholt), where her family provides updates on her condition and you can post messages in a guestbook to Erin and her family. This family is facing enormous battles, as Erin has a lot more hurdles to overcome on her way to coming back to us. Along with the obvious medical bills that come with a tragedy like Erin's, it's critical that her family be able to spend as much time with her as possible, without extra stress. If you want to help, there is also a donations website for Erin via GoFundMe (http://www.gofundme.com/54ufuc) , for any support you can offer her family to help Erin make a full recovery. Most importantly, please pray for this family; for Erin to maintain her fiery spirit, the strength to make a full recovery, and for her to hear and respond to the tasks she's asked to do; for her family and friends to find comfort and strength; for her doctors and caretakers, as they continue to work so hard to help Erin come back to us. Pray Until Something Happens (PUSH), for this strong young woman to fight through this.
