Tis the season we put on weight and every year our New Year's resolution is to lose weight. Lets stop this viscous cycle and lets do something about it. Once an hour from 4pm until 8:45pm I am having a group personal training fitness class and in the class you will be using dumbbells, leg presses, cable machines and other fitness equipment. Don't look at this as a workout but an early Christmas gift for yourself. Lets burn some calories before we sit at the Thanksgiving table. Bootcamp and Zumba classes are great but sometimes you need to shake things up and try something different like my weight resistance class. All fitness levels is welcomed bring water, towel and a strong mindset to lose weight.Max class size is 4 so don't hesistate to sign up$15 per person, no refunds after Nov 19 and no shows no refunds.Minimum class size is 2 if not met you will get a refund.If you have a group of friends and cannot make these times and dates contact me and lets see what I can do for you.
