Let's get moving/keep moving. It's getting cool outside, but don't let the cool weather stop you from what you have worked so hard for this summer. The holidays are quickly apporaching, so let's stay active. So, if you are a walker or beginner runner join me. I will typically be running 3 days a week; distances will vary from 1 – 3 miles. No worries about being left behind or not being able to keep the pace, I won’t leave anyone behind. Look forward to seeing you.
