9/28-Chakras and the Energy Body
Participants will learn about chakras, the bodys main energy centers and how to balance them for good health.
10/12-Past Life Regressions
What are past life regressions? Using guided imagery, uncover past lives and how they have influenced your current life and the choices you make.
Energy Healing promotes healing by enhancing energy flow and correcting disturbances in the human energy field. 11/16-Meditation for Beginners
Meditation: what is it and how can it help you achieve greater levels of relaxation?
Different methods, pitfalls and challenges will all be discussed.
12/14 -Sound Healing
As a form of Nada Yoga, sound vibrations provide the healing experience that so many long for today. Sound healing has been proven to lower hormone levels and make the mind and body relax. In addition, it can help relieve many mental, emotional and physical conditions. Join us to learn about the benefits of Sound Healing.
