Burn some serious calories, bond with other moms and sculpt your body right back to per-baby shape or better. This class will feature cardio drills, plyometrics and resistance training designed just for mommies. Each class ends with "tummy time", an abdominal workout with exercises dedicated to repairing the damage caused during pregnancy. No need to arrange for childcare, the class is designed to keep you interacting with your little one and even using them and your stroller to build those muscles! Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Prerequisite: Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum, or 10 weeks if the child was delivered via cesarean. Supplies: Child must be secured in a stroller. Participants should also bring a large towel or exercise mat, and plenty of water.
