After Edmund - Since the release of its 2008 national debut album HELLO, the Atlanta based quartet has scored a highly coveted Grammy nomination, Dove Award nomination, and toured internationally.
The DNA of the band is simple. The guys love good music, people, and the art of creativity. For After Edmund, that translates into textures of rock driven aggression fueled by layers of guitars, analog synthesizers, and an ambition to create an honest and unforgettable live show.
The newest release ART AND COMMERCE, slated to drop in April of 2012, is sure to establish After Edmund as a rightful front runner in independent music as they continue to turn ears their way. The band produced 7 of the 15 tracks themselves. Other producers include Scotty Wilbanks, Rusty Varenkamp, and Brandon Swafford.
After Edmund has again written a true and classic ALBUM. Conceptually and creatively, ART AND COMMERCE is truly addicting. You'll want to listen to this one from start to finish - over and over.
The Howling Tongues are creating a movement and revival in the music scene. Bringing back the roots of Rock'n'Roll with loud guitar amps, giant kick drums, fuzzy bass tones, over-driven organ, and raspy vocals. Heavily influenced by Classic Rock bands like Led Zeppelin and The Who, but intrigued by Modern Rock bands The Raconteurs, Band of Skulls, and Black Keys. The Howling Tongues found their niche in their world of music and their "Take No Prisoners" live show proves that Rock'n'Roll isn't dead. Listen and become part of the Revival.
