Bronzelens ReMix is returning, this time with a powerful short-docu feature by award-winning writer and director Nia T. Hill, Colored My Mind: Diagnosis. Make plans now to join us Saturday, April 27, beginning at 7:00p.m. at Georgia Pacific Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30p.m. As you know, at BronzeLens ReMix you will view some of the best films of our 2012 Festival. Colored My Mind: Diagnosis was winner of the BronzeLens 2012 Best Short Doc, as well as BronzeLens 2012 Best All Around. In the film, an educator, an actress, a lawyer, a music manager, and a homemaker are our guides as we explore the overlooked world of autism, in particular in the black and brown communitites. Blair Underwood and Nicole Ari Parker are featured actors in the film, and Tisha Campbell Martin is one of the mothers whose story is highlighted.This film is being screened in honor of Autism Awareness Month, and a panel discussion featuring some of the film's participants as well as experts in the field will follow the film.Admission is just $5, plus a small Eventbrite fee.We look forward to seeing you there!
