Brewed for Cajun Food! Some things just taste better with a nice cold Abita beer. Chef Henry Chandler has crafted a 5-course menu of selections enhanced by just the right brew. Chef Henry invites you to join us upstairs for this special dining event (advanced purchase of tickets required).
Start with a 1st Course of Grilled Georgia quail with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms. Move onto your 2nd Course of BBQ Jumbo shrimp using Abita Turbo Dog and served with French bread so you can sop it all up! Next, enjoy blood orange & tamarind maple leaf duck breast pan seared and served with mixed greens. Then, your 4th Course presents Andouille-crusted oysters; flash fried over jambalaya and topped with remoulade. Finally, top it all off with an Abita Root Beer Float made with Vanilla Bean ice cream.
