MAR 16 •• 10:30 am – 1:30 pmFrench Pastry: Doughs You Knead to Know•• Demonstration Julia Child called French pastries “one of the true arts.” In the first of a series of two-part classes, you’ll learn three classic doughs—puff pastry, croissant and brioche—and how to turn them into masterpieces that will be the centerpiece of your dessert table. In this demonstration class you will also learn the proper techniques in rolling, kneading and sifting.
