Isha Utsav is an opportunity to experience what it means to become meditative. Isha Utsav is a way of experiencing a drop of spirituality, and our way of sharing a taste of what Isha has to offer. Utsav is a celebration of life, a joyful occasion for family and friends to come together for an evening of music, meditation and wisdom. The events are free and open to all. You can meet new people, enjoy music and dinner, and learn a simple yet powerful meditation. Trained Isha teachers will be present to conduct the Isha Kriya meditations and answer any questions you may have. The event will feature Sounds of Isha, a musical fusion presented by volunteers.
