Come and party yourself into shape! Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Participants will need to bring a towel, and plenty of water. Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement; Cross trainer shoes that offer stability, cushion your movements and allow for lateral directional moves (you will be twisting, pivoting, turning and sliding).
