The Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University invites you to a stakeholder meeting on January 16th 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to discuss our Georgia Autism Plan. Please join us at 9:30 a.m. for check-in and coffee. We will begin our program promptly at 10:00 a.m. We have met with dozens of you over the past year in developing a plan to improve services and supports for children with autism and their families in Georgia. We are pleased and excited that this project has involved so many people. We are very hopeful that you will help us in finalizing the priorities for the plan.This activity has been supported by a grant from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), a division of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). It has the overall goal of developing a state-wide plan to improve access to comprehensive, coordinated health care, and related services for children and youth with autism. This stakeholder meeting offers an opportunity for us to discuss our findings and for you to provide input. Please join us if you can.
