This is an outdoor fitness class that will have you exercising outdoors and challenging yourself to improve your fitness. In this class students will start with a warm up and stretching and then workout at 10 different stations. This is a circuit training class. Each station will target a different part of the body. To achieve the best workout students will do three rounds at each station. The class will end with a cool down and stretching. This class is FREE. Prerequisite: A physician's clearance is strongly recommended for participants who have been physically inactive, or those who are under a physician's care for any major injury, illness or condition. Supplies: Participants will also need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel and plenty of water. Attire: Workout clothing and tennis shoes.
