This is where we take rope jumping, individuals athletic ability, creative expression of Hip-Hop dance, and gymnastics and take it to the extreme! If you are new to rope jumping or have experience in hip-hop, dance, or gymnastics you'll be able to grow your talents. This class will help you develop the skills you need to advance to other training levels or build your confidence to join a competitive rope jumping team. Expect to have fun, build endurance and learn how to take your basic rope skills and kick them up a notch. Let's have fun, jump to the beat, and let the music move you as we introduce Single Rope, Double Dutch techniques, with basic skills, rhythms, and drills to further enhance your rope jumping experience. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Materials: A separate materials fee of $25 is payable to the instructor on the first day of class for rope jumping kit and t-shirt. Supplies: Participants will need to bring plenty of water. Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement; Athletic shoes.
