Through bi-weekly body assessments, metabolic profiling, personal interaction, nutrition strategies, and 'workouts that matter', this is finally a program that makes sense. This program is NOT about spending countless hours working out. More is not better, better is better! Class time will be a 30 minute boot camp utilizing cutting edge interval training methods to build upper body, lower body, and core musculature while also providing short bouts of intense cardio conditioning. Additionally, participants will receive daily 6-minute workouts to do at home. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Prerequisite: A physician's clearance is strongly recommended for participants who have been physically inactive, or those who are under a physician's care for any major injury, illness or condition. Supplies: Participants will need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel and plenty of water. Attire: Workout clothing and tennis shoes.
