ONE NIGHT ONLY TUESDAY  7PM  DECEMBER 18Living Walls & Imagine Atlanta will be hosting a special screening of VIGILANTE VIGILANTE at the Midtown Art Cinema on Tuesday, December 18th @ 7pm. Currently showing in select cities around the US, this "kinetic, hysterical and captivating" documentary trails three anti-tagging combatants in their efforts to rid their communities of graffiti and street art, whilst tackling the larger issues of free expression, use of public space, and blight. Tickets are $10 and proceeds will benefit Living Walls. Whether you're actively engaged or just interested in learning more about the ever-relevant topic of street art, please come out to see this fantastic film and show your support for all those working to beautify our city's public spaces. Along with the changing urban landscape, the conference set out to highlight a number of problems facing the city. Living Walls did not just showcase art, but also built a platform for much-needed dialog in the city. Our intentions are simply to broadcast to the community a wide spectrum of ideas about public space, hoping that everyone leaves the event looking at the city, its walls, and how we interact with space differently.
