Dance is a great way to build self-confidence and self-esteem. Children are encouraged to use their creative imagination and are free to be themselves through the expressive movements of dance. Above all, dance builds discipline and structure and is a great way to get children to get moving. This class is intended for Invite Dancers ages 5-7 years old. This is a cobo of one barre class and one Hip hop class each week. You get teh bennifits of each style of adult dance class. We bring it all in this Hip-Hop class - you get waving, popping, gliding, floor work, rocking, locking and more. You?€?ll also get practice dancing freestyle. No previous dance experience is required for the class but you?€?ve gotta be ready to challenge yourself Barre Fitness is a high energy/no-impact exercise class that combines barre work & light weights.
