Dance is a great way to build self-confidence and self-esteem. Children are encouraged to use their creative imagination and are free to be themselves through the expressive movements of dance. Above all, dance builds discipline and structure and is a great way to get children moving. Designed to teach the fundamentals of ballet to your child, this class incorporates barre work, ballet technique, strengthening exercises, and stretch. We also introduce the basics of jazz techniques, movements, and terminology.
