The MJCCA gymnastics program focuses on building children?€?s confidence and self-esteem through gaining flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and body control, all within a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. Flippin' 4s gymnastics focuses on learning new gymnastics skills while incorporating correct body position and awareness. The class aims to provide your child with a fun environment while preparing for Youth gymnastics. This class provides an inclusion opportunity.
