Calling all chocolate lovers! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’ll spend an evening celebrating all things chocolate while making a host of fabulous chocolate desserts. Students practice the techniques for soufflés, ganache, rolling and shaping truffles, and rolling out tart shells. And remember, what happens in chocolate class, stays in chocolate class! Students take home a selection of desserts made in class. A light dinner will be served.
