NBA and NFL moms will participate in The Leading Ladies Empowerment Tour which kicks off in Columbus on October 26th then moves to Atlanta on Saturday, October 27th for the “His Will, HerWay” conference at the Georgia International Conference Center.

The conference will feature a celebrity and influential power-packed panel of remarkable women and keynote speakers including Paulette Smith (mother of Atlanta Hawk Josh Smith), Jolinda Wade (mother of NBA Championship winner Dwayne Wade), Felicia Young (mother of former NFL player Vince Young), Dr. Sirretta Williams (mother of NFL notableLaveranues Coles), Deanna Moore (mother of NFL player Kyle Moore), Dr. Theresa Harris, Financial Consultant AnnHardman, Erica Brooks and Blogger, Tangie Henry.Dr. Theresa Harris, founder of Leading Ladies along with others are bringing awareness and change to social illnesses and health causes such as the Columbus, Georgia based, Tree of Life.

The Tree of Life clinic provides healthcare services free of charge serving only 1200 patients per year. Due to the lack of funding, the clinic has been closed twice and has recently been offered a new home by the Columbus Regional Hospital System. Funding is needed to hire staff, purchase equipment and make renovations.The “His Will, Her Way” conference is an opportunity for citizens of Atlanta to come together for a day of inspiration,food, and fun all to raise funds to make the Tree of Life clinic fully operational. Highlights of the Atlanta conference will include a special message by Sylvia Reed, mother of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed.
