Each winter an astonishing event takes place in Atlanta - a yearly gathering of musicians, dancers and singers, young and old alike - who share a common joy at the darkest, most magical time of the year. In addition to the extraordinary family of musicians and dancers that are the heart of Celtic Christmas , this year's show includes several outstanding guest artists: Grammy nominated Irish guitarist/singer John Doyle, Scottish fiddler Jamie Laval - "One of North America's finest practitioners of traditional Scottish music" (San Jose Mercury News), the wild and wondrous Appalachian clogger Jesse Edgerton, and multiinstrumentalist/ humorist/ Joe Craven.
