Join us on the trail and spend a fun-filled Saturday morning exploring nature for your kids’ health and happiness! On Saturday, October 27, 2012, the National Wildlife Federation will be hosting its Second Annual Hike & Seek event at Piedmont Park. Hike & Seek will feature a 1.5 mile go-at-your-own-pace hiking adventure that aims to connect children with nature through Stop & Study stations and a scavenger hunt. The event will also feature live animals, face painting, and a light refreshment. Appropriate for kids of all ages, especially toddlers to age 10.To register for the Atlanta Hike & Seek, please go to www.hikeandseek.org. Please note that all children under the age of 16 will be to need accompanied by an adult. You must arrive for the event between 9 and 10 AM.
