4.         How To Enter.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest, each listed below. During the Contest Period, you may enter the Contest via both methods listed below. However, you may only be selected as a winner one (1) time during the Contest Period regardless of number or method of entry.

(A)   CALL-IN ENTRY TO B98.5

To enter, listen to Sponsor’s radio broadcast on B98.5 (the “Broadcast”) weekdays at the following times: 9:05 a.m. ET, 12:05 p.m. ET, 2:05 p.m. ET, and/or 5:05 p.m. ET (each, a “Listen Time”). During each Listen Time for each weekday during the Contest Period, Sponsor will give a “Cue to Call” telling potential entrants to call in for a chance to win. When you hear the Cue to Call, call Sponsor’s “Contest Line” at 404-741-0985 to try to be the 25th caller. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the 25th person to call Sponsor’s Contest Line, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be declared a winner.
To qualify as a winner via Call-In Entry, (a) you must be listening to the Broadcast at the time the Contest cue to call is given; (b) you must be declared by Sponsor to be the 25th person to call Sponsor’s Contest Line at 404-741-0985; and (c) you must comply with all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

(B)   MOBILE APP ENTRY

You may enter via the Sponsor’s mobile app during the Contest Period.
To enter, you must complete the following steps (standard data rates may apply):
  1. Download and install the "B98.5" mobile app (the "App") on a compatible mobile device from either Google® Play or the iTunes® App Store.
  2. Once you have installed the app, click the "Holiday Bill Pay" tab on the App's main menu to register for the Contest.  Follow the instructions on the registration page to submit an official entry form.  All of the required information must be provided, and all of the information you provide must be complete and accurate.  Entrants who submit an invalid phone number or email address may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.
An entry received through the Sponsor’s mobile app, consistent with these Official Rules, will result in one (1) entry for the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period regardless of whether you enter via the Android App or the iOS app.  Failure to complete any of the steps in this section may result in the disqualification of your attempted entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible for any issue that may prevent a contestant from being able to download or access the app or complete his/her entry.
By participating in the Contest via Sponsor’s mobile app, you agree to be bound by the app’s terms of use and privacy policy.

Limitations applicable to all methods of entry: The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant's entries and may result in participant's disqualification. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically-reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor's Contest application service provider. In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will determine who submitted the disputed entry in Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

Any winning participant must be the person who originally dialed the phone number to the Contest Line, or submitted an official entry form via Sponsor’s mobile app, as applicable, to participate in the Contest. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person’s behalf. A winner must provide his or her own name as listed on his or her valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID. If a winner uses a false name, an invalid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID, or another person’s Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize.

Limitations applicable to any call-in method of entry: Listeners accessing Sponsor's radio station audio via IP connections like website-based streaming or mobile devices are welcome to enter. However, Sponsor cannot be responsible for delays in electronic transmission of station audio to IP devices. By entering this Contest, listeners acknowledge and agree to this specific provision of these Official Rules. In addition, Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the Contest Line or for a participant's failure to reach the Contest Line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, any technical or human error, failures or malfunctions of any kind, including the congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Sponsor during a call-in period of the Contest prior to accepting the 25th caller, or a change in programming that results in Sponsor's inability to air a call-in opportunity, Sponsor will not replay the affected call-in opportunity and the number of opportunities to win a prize in this Contest will be reduced accordingly. If a 25th caller is ineligible, or fails to comply with any term of condition of these Official Rules, that caller will be disqualified, and Sponsor will resume the call-in opportunity and declare the next caller a winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Telephone calls will be taken by Contest operators in the order they are received, and the operators will count the number of calls received after each on-air Contest cue to call to determine the 25th caller. The determinations of Sponsor and Contest operators will be final and binding in all respects. Enter as often as you like during the Call-In Entry Period, provided that the use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer-assisted dialing tools is prohibited and may result in your disqualification.
In the event a 25th caller gets disconnected for any reason before being declared a winner, Sponsor may resume the call-in opportunity affected and declare the next caller a winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not be responsible for dropped calls from mobile devices or land lines and dropped calls may result in a potential winner’s disqualification and forfeiture of all interest in any prize.
5.         Winner Selection and Odds

Four (4) potential winners will be selected via Call-In Entry each weekday, excluding Monday, January 18, 2016, for a total of one hundred fifty-six (156) winners during the Contest Period. Each Call-In Entry winner will receive the Prize defined below.
